We use Royal Mail for all of our shipping, so their standard terms will apply to all packages dispatched – including timing exceptions to remote locations.
*Whilst the service we send orders out on are expected to be delivered the next working day, with the current global crisis, Royal Mail aren’t always able to guarantee the service.

Click & Collect
We offer a click & collect service from our store at 88 Main Street, Coatbridge, ML5 3BQ.
Orders placed before 3pm when the store is open are eligible for collection on the same day. Please check our opening hours before placing your order.
We will hold all click & collect orders for a maximum of seven days, before cancelling and refunding the order total.
Please use the order “notes” facility at the checkout to inform us of any special requirements, or contact us directly.
Delivery to different address
If you choose a delivery address different to the invoice address Cradle Care Designer Kids Clothing Ltd will not be responsible if the order is signed for by a third party and delivery content is not received by purchaser.
Therefore proof of delivery to the address with a signature taken by the person who delivered the order is proof that the order has been successfully delivered.
Any delivery queries must be reported to us within 7 days.
After 7 days, we assume your delivery is complete and goods received to your satisfaction.
Delivery left in safe place
This special request can be arranged through our courier Royal Mail and at the customers discretion.
Delivery not received
Before contacting us please check tracking on the delivery with the information provided at the time of dispatch.
If after receiving the dispatch email with your tracking number you have not received your delivery within the above-stated delivery times for your selected shipping option, please contact us by email, or telephone customer services on 01236 422732 to let us know so that we can find out why.
