Cradle Care Designer Kids continuously work towards getting it right for our customers and respect your right to return products which may be faulty or that you are not completely happy with (subject to the conditions and exclusions below). It is within your right to return these items within a 14 day period from delivery. Please note that your returns must be delivered to us within this time frame and anything which we receive after this period will not be accepted unless agreed otherwise.
For refunds please allow 7 working days for the amount to appear in your bank account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase.
Cradle Care Designer Kids will only accept returns on items which show no signs of wear, damaged through wear and tear or have been washed incorrectly (please ensure you have read all washing instructions on our garments).
Additionally, when trying on clothing please be sure that they do not come into contact with any high fragrance products and that all clothing is tried on in a clean environment and shoes are firstly tried on indoors on a clean surface.
For purposes of hygiene we cannot accept the following items:
- Headbands and hair clips
How to Return Your Item to Us
Your order should contain instructions and a form which must be filled out to be placed in our re-sealable bag when returning items.
Simply fill in the Returns Form enclosed with your order.
Cradle Care Designer Kids do not take any responsibility for lost or delayed items when returning items.
Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed under normal circumstances. Shipping charges will be applied to orders that qualified originally for FREE UK delivery

What Happens Next?
Cradle Care Designer Kids will process returning products within 7 working days once items are received. Once the return has been processed you will be notified by email to confirm that your payment account has been refunded or that an exchange product has been sent.
I Cannot Return My Order Within 14 Days, What Should I Do?
No problem at all here at Cradle Care Designer Kids we understand sometimes these things happen. Please contact us directly and we will arrange an alternative returns date under the circumstances (Conditions Apply).
Can I Return To Store If Goods Purchased Online?
Yes of course, Please bring your online packing invoice and returning items to our store, our staff will be more than happy to assist selecting another brand product or process the return (Conditions Apply).
How Do I Return a Faulty or Incorrect Item?
We’re sorry you’ve had any problem with your item. In order for us to determine whether there is a fault or not, we would need to assess the item. Please contact us before returning your item(s), letting us know the fault or reason why your goods may be incorrect and we will advise you how to return it accordingly.
